I have seen quite a lot of posts around youtube doing newspaper nails and had seen quite a lot of photos of the effect. It looked stunning so I thought it must be mega hard to do. How wrong I was! It was SO easy. Enjoy and if you have a go at this or any other Tutorial Tuesdays then post a link :)
