Product Review: Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish

Price: Starter Kit - £14.25

If you are anything like me (let face we it ladies we all do this), I have worked my way through just about every type of make up remover; wipes, creams, waters, liquid make up removers, I have pretty much tried them all. We can all put our hands up and admit that we all go back to wipes out of pure laziness. Now dont get me wrong, I have tried some good removers in my time. I particularly liked the No 7 "water" cleanser, however if you read a lot of the beauty blogs I am sure that Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish is not a new concept to you.
This name has been batted around the beauty blogs for the last 12 - 18 months at least. I have been lusting over this product for a while and at £14 I was debating with myself if I needed a product more expensive than I paid for make up - to remove it.
However when I went to London back in November I will stick my hands up and say I was taken in by the Liz Earle Stand in John Lewis on Oxford Street. There was something about having the product in my hand instead of seeing it on screen that made me want it. So I decided to treat myself and see what all the fuss is all about.
I decided to go for the starter kit (pictured above) which contains a 100ml bottle of Cleanse and Polish and 2 Muslin Clothes. I have used hot cloth cleansers before but the minute I squeezed this little beauty on to the back of my hand and applied it (Like Louise at Sprinkle of Glitter did HERE) - I knew it was special!
I have been using this product since the day I brought it. In fact, there have been no sign of make up wipes since I brought it, I have completely banished them from my skin care routine. This product is absolutely amazing. It gets rid of every single trace of my make up, no panda eyes or anything. And I dont have to scrub my eyes to get rid either. I just massage it in and wipe it off which is fab as I have quite sensitive eyes. I also think the ingredients in this have made my skin look brighter too.

I have already repurchased this product and took advantage of the offers that Liz Earle had on over Christmas! I have also been using some of the other products in the range so keep your eyes peeled for reviews on those!

Are you a Liz Earle fan???
