All you do is paint on your nail varnish, wait a moment and then paint this over the top. Wait about I would say 5 minutes and your good to go... Pull your tights up, do you whatever. It completely dries your nails! You honestly cant believe how good this product is until you have tried it! If your the sort of person who doesnt like waiting around for your varnish to dry, get some of this! Even at £4.99 this is a total bargain and totally worth it!
