January Favourites

Little late to the ol' band wagon - but heck, its still only the first week in February! January seems to have flown by in the blink of an eye? Weren't we just dancing round to the chimes of Big Ben like 5 minutes ago??

January has been a funny month, your still in the come down from Christmas, the sales are EVERYWHERE and your longing for the spring to hurry it’s ass up and make an apperence (seriously I am SO done with winter now)

Anyway.. less yapping! Here’s a lil round up of some things I have been loving over the month of January... 

No 7 star gift set

I picked this little bad boy up during one of the star gift weeks during the lead up to Christmas. I’ve tried quite a few No7 skin care bits before including the hydrating mask which I was keen to try again. It was an absolute bargain at £30 - especially when you consider that the day and night cream at £25 each! 

JD seasonings 

I had been looking at JD seasonings for ages after lots of love over on instagram amongst the slimming world peeps on there. I was given a voucher code by my slimming world consultant so bit the bullet and ordered some.  I’ve got a whole separate review coming on these beauties pretty soon so keep your eyes peeled but would deffo recommend them! 

Mask powder and Activator - Forever Living 

By far one of my favourite face masks of all time! I feel in love with this range of products when I became a business owner back in 2015. 

What I love about this mask is that you mix as you need it so it doesn’t end up all mushy in the pot like some masks. As the box says it’s literally a powder which you mix with an activator which makes the most amazing tightening face mask! Think not being able to move your face! And it makes your skin so soft! 
This retails for £29.08 (for both the mask and activator) and can be shopped here and depending on how much you use you can get between 20 and 30 masks from it. 

Muscle Food 

Another company we have been ordering from and loving and again another whole separate review is coming on this one! But I’ve been really enjoying the meat we have ordered! 

Rimmel Fresher Skin Foundation

I’ve had this foundation before and tended to use it on the weekend when I didn’t want too much foundation. However I am making full advantage of the pregnancy skin glow that’s going on at the moment so I’ve been opting for this lighter foundation as a base! I love that it doesn’t make my skin dry or feel clogged. 

And there you have it.. those are my favourites for January- were only 7 days into February and I’ve already got some firm contenders for my February favourites!
