I decided to combine these to posts today because I seem to have too many posts left and not enough weeks as I wanted to get these done at least a couple of weeks before Christmas so that if you spotted anything you would still have chance to get it!
Today I want to talk both ends of the scale - gifts for the young en's and gifts for the oldies. First up lets do the young ones.

You hear this saying all the time and its only just recently I have come to realise how true this is. Since I have been doing slimming world I have realised it I do not plan my week then thats when things start to go pear shaped!
I know this is the problem with a lot of people. We have all done that thing when we get in after a long day at work, not planned anything for tea and dialed the number of a take away. Its just so easy to do it.
A few weeks ago my mum came home from town spouting a brand new chalk board for our kitchen! It is SO perfect for planning...
I mean seriously how good is this board! And the best thing of all is the price! This little beauty was £1.99 from Home Bargains.
I cant tell you what a difference having this board has made. This photo was taken last week which if you saw my blog post yesterday you will have seen resulted in a 3 pound weight loss. Last week we sat down with the board in 1 hand and the lap top in the other and we planned the meals for the week and then did the online shopping based on what we were having in the week. We have just finished doing exactly the same. This week I made sure I also added some extra bits and I am going to make it my mission to take my lunch to work every day.
Do you plan for the week or are you a "on the day" kinda person?
