Getting rid of those pesky hairs

Hair removal.... It's one of those beauty things we all do but hardly any of us beauty bloggers talk about it. I want to talk about one specific area of removing hair - eye brows....

Over the years I have tried many different methods of eye brow hair removal... Plucking, waxing, threading... I have tried them all.
I always find plucking a chore, it doesn't last 5 minutes and I seem to be needing to do it practically every couple of days.
Waxing my eye brows I actually favour over waxing my legs. It last longer than plucking and gets rid of lots of hairs in one go! A winner in my eyes.

Now to the other favoured method, threading. I actually tried threading a few years back, when I was at uni. I really loved the results it offered but at the time I was really struggling with my hyfever and allergies and I left the beauty chair (one of these middle of the shopping centre jobs) with mascara all around my face because it had really made my sensitive eye area irritated. At the time this was the only local place I knew that did threading, it was relatively new and I was rather embarrassed because rather than my eyes watering I think the lady thought I was crying. Threading has continued it's popularity and a lot more places have started to offer it. I heard good things about a smaller independent stall which had opened in one of the small shopping areas. For £5 I figured I would give it a go again. My allergies are much better controlled and my eye brows were desperate!

Excuse the rather cheesy photo but I am SO happy with the results. My eye brows look the best they have ever looked! I considered going to a local salon who did HD brows but I just could justify the price. I am so glad I didn't bother now. I will defiantly be going back to have them threaded again. The pain is quite a strange one. It hurts more than waxing but it offers closer results and is cheaper! The lady  had them done by was fantastic and she offers a loyalty card scheme where you get your 10th thread free :)

What's your favourite method of removal???
