Now it doesnt exactly look amazing but oh my goodness did it taste it!!! We used
- Sweet Potatoes
- Onions
- Garlic
- Pinch of Paprika
- Pinch of Cinnamon
Basically we cut up the sweet potatoes and cooked them. Whilst that was doing we fried the onions with the garlic and then added in the sweet potato, paprika and cinnamon. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes and then serve. It was SO tasty! You could get a kick from the paprika but also taste the sweetness of the potatoes and the cinnamon. And best of all it is slimming world friendly!!!! :)
