(Yet another) Saturday shopping haul

So here we are... another weekend and so another haul video. I seem to have starting using make up more probably over the past 12 months. Up until then I would just chuck a bit of foundation and some mascara on and have done. But over the last 12 months, or probably since I started writing this blog, I have been getting into experimenting with make up and trying different things. I have always been pretty much a high street affordable kind of girl, Im not talking cheap and nasty but like affordable stuff like Rimmel etc but today while in town I got a few bits to mix up my usual and brought some higher end bits too.

I like smack bang in the middle of 2 towns which I think I have said before, one slightly smaller and another one which is bigger and has more shops. I dont tend to go to the bigger town as its slightly further and is usually rammed with people. However me and mum went today and had a mooch round. So here is what I brought...

Lee Stafford Hair Growth Treatment - £7.99
I think I am a bit late in with this one as I think it has been out for over 12 months. I came across it on quite a few blogs and since I am trying to grow my hair I thought I would give it a try. It seems to have had good results and reviews on the blogs. Lee Stafford is currently on 3 for £12 in Boots so I picked up 2 of these and one of my wonderful blow dry me faster sprays.
Me Me Me Long Wear Satin Lip Cream in Morello Silk - £8.50
I have been lusting over Autumnal lip shades since Fleur of Fleurdeforce mentioned one in one of her videos. I saw a Mac one on either a blog which was similar to this. It feels really nice and is a lovely plum colour. Not tried it properly yet but it feels nourishing.

Fashionista Eye Shadow Palette - rrp £5 for palette and £4 each for shadows
Mum spotted this when we were in Superdrugs. I love eye shadow palettes especially when you can pick your own colours. The Fashionista stand had a massive range of eye shadows and blushers which you can fit in the palette and if you brought the palette and 4 things to go in it then you got the lot for £10!! Bargain! Fashionista is quite a new brand but I am always willing to try new brands. The 4 colours I went for were Bewitched (purple one at the top), Steel (Grey, top left), Silver Lining (Bottom) and Bella (Far right). They are lovely shades so I am looking forward to trying.

 Make Up Case - £19.99 (usually £27.99)
I have needed a new make up store solution for a while as my make up was just starting to spill everywhere. I got this from Argos and I am thinking of getting another one for my nail polishes.

Benefit - They are Real mini - £9.50
I got this with my Boots points. I have wanted to try it for a while.

Benefit Sunbeam, Sugarbomb blush/bronze and Porefessional - £18.50 and £22.50
This was my splurge. I went into Debenhams and the Benefit counter drew me in. I was looking at the sun beam. The make up artist offered to put some on for me and then she used some other products to show me what else they did. She was so lovely and I didnt feel any pressure to buy anything but I LOVED this porefessional! I loved the way this made my skin feel when I used it and it make the pores on my cheeks disappear. I also loved the sugar bomb, its like a bronze and blush mix in one which I love.
I also loved the foundation and moisturiser she used too so I may get them next time I am in town. When I was paying she also asked if I wanted to go in for a make up lesson which I absolutely JUMPED at! I have been desperately looking for a make up course for a while and although its just a mini make up lesson but I am really looking forward to it!
This was a free gift for buying the other stuff. It has a mini that girl primer, calvin klein purfume and a benefit eye cream. I am so excited to try the eye cream and have read good things about the primer too.
Lush Bubble Gum Lip scrub (£5.25) and Snow Fairy (£3.50)
I have heard good things about both these products and they both smell amazing. I cant wait to try them both.
Real Techniques Powder brush (£12.99) Tweezerman Slant Tweezers - £14.50
These were on by one get one half price in Boots. My tweezers have started to go blunt and I thought if i am going to replace them may as well replace them with the best. These are SO good. I tried them when I got home! They pick up the smallest hairs!! I love the real techniques brushes so I thought I would add the powder brush to my collection :)

I shall keep you updated on what I am thinking of all these beauty products :)
