Right ladies... Another week another topic, Time to talk nails! Now you know how much I love nails! I am seriously addicted to buying beautiful nail polishes! I could have quite easily done a post about all those beautiful polishes which I have in my collection. However instead what I wanted to do was to do a bit of a review for a product that has been on my list to review since Christmas.
I mentioned at Christmas that I had received this nail polish storage case from my Mum and Dad which my mum had picked up on Amazon here

I have all of my nail polish stored in a giant case which trust me there is no way you can pick up and bring downstairs in order to peruse through to find which shade you fancy however I tend to find that I stick to the same shades when I paint my nails (or I have recently)
This nail storage from Roo is perfect. It holds 20 nail polishes and is perfect for housing all of my favourite shades as well as the things I use all of the time like my top and base coats. It has a zip closing on it and a handle on the top which means you can carry it around easily. One thing I would say is that the wholes are a circle so are ideal for putting polishes such as OPI or Essie and round bottles like these however bottles such as the Ciaté ones which are a funny shape are a little more awkward. However because the inside is foam it moulds easily to fit whatever sized bottle you have.
For me this is the perfect storage to house my polish and is great because it is portable so it means that I don't have to lug all of my polishes around.
How do you store your polish? Do you have this? What do you think??
A few weeks ago my friend who lives in Sheffield came down to visit. Me and my friend met 15 years ago at a holiday camp in Great Yarmouth and have been ever since - apart from a few years prior to us finding each other again on Facebook (you have to love Facebook don't you!). Its weird but despite the fact that he lives about 2 hours away he is probably one of my best friends!
Anyway.. back to what I wanted to tell you about! He came to visit a couple of weeks ago, during the weekend between my birthday and his which are 2 weeks apart. I racked my brains about what I should get him for his birthday. When I asked him if there was anything he wanted, he said no so I had to come up with something all by myself.
When I was reading my emails I had an email from Etsy and it made me think so I decided to have a mooch on their to see there was anything which caught my eye on there.
That is when I came across these cufflinks that you could customise. As soon as I saw these I fell in love with them! I decided to get them customised with Great Yarmouth on since that is where we met.
I ordered them from a shop called All About Creations and upon ordering them I was able to send the owner Angela a message letting her know where I wanted the map to show. I ordered these cufflinks on the Sunday afternoon and they arrived the following Saturday wrapped beautifully in this lovely little brown box! These cufflinks cost me $26.75 which is around £15 and they are well worth every penny. Not only does Angela have these perfect map ones which you can buy she also has a great selection of other cufflinks which you can buy and customise such as ones for Wedding Days, Fathers Day and also has other items such as Necklaces available too.
I really love this shop and these cufflinks and I would definitely recommend taking to Esty if you are looking for a present for someone. They have some fantastic presents which can be customised for whoever you are looking for a present for!

If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram you will know that on Wednesday I won two tickets on Twitter to go and see the show Beyond the Barricade which was being shown at the theatre in my home town on Thursday Night.
For those of you who don't know, Beyond the Barricade is a show which re-creates songs from all your favourite West End and Broadway shows. I had seen this show a few years ago so when I found out that I had won the tickets I was so excited especially as this year the show is celebrating its 15 year anniversary.
The show consisted of 4 performed all of who have graced the stage of the West End in various shows on numerous occasions. When me and mum got to the theatre we were delighted to find that we had fantastic seats. We took our seats and we were gripped as soon as the show started. The show is absolutely fantastic. You all know how much I love musicals anyway but I love the fact that this show combined both the songs from the classical musicals such as Miss Saigon to New musicals such as Wicked. There were songs from musicals I have seen and loved such as Phantom of the Opera and Jekyll and Hyde and songs from musicals which make me want to see them even more such as Blood Brothers! My favourite part of the show defiantly had to be the end section which as you may have guessed from the name of the show, is dedicated to the songs from Les Miserables. Now you know much I love Les Miserables! It is probably my favourite west end show. You just can't help but fall in love with the songs!
The show was absolutely amazing! It is currently touring the UK and if you get the chance to see it you definitely should, whether your new to musicals or a firm lover. The singing in this show is amazing! Each of the 4 singers have an amazing musical CV which is evident in their fantastic voices! It was lovely as well that there was such a mix of ages at the show too. In fact my mum and I made friends with a lovely old couple we were sat next to! The lady was blind and we got chatting to her about the show and how much she was enjoying it! Something for everyone to enjoy!
If your interested in seeing the show you can check out their shows here where they have a list of their remaining shows.
I can not thank The Regent Theatre and Beyond the Barricade enough for the competition to win these tickets. Me and my mum had a fantastic night.

So its that time once again... First of all where did February go? Wasn't I just celebrating my birthday like 2 minutes ago??
And so, with that I thought I would share with you my February Favourites. I have been trying a couple of new products over the past couple of weeks and the past few months and a few have firmly make themselves into my favourites :)
Can we just take a moment to appreciate the beautifulness that is this palette! I think I have worn this pretty much every day since I got it just before christmas! These colours are absolutely stunning! Unlike the other palettes this one contains beautiful purple and rose gold shades. It is so wearable but can be smoked for a night time look too!
This was a product I picked up just after it was released this month. I am a massive fan of the Benefit Hello Oxygen foundation as you know, and when I spotted this new No 7 offering out on the shelves of Boots I figured I would give it a go. The thing I love about the Benefit one is that although it is really light and a little bit goes a long way, it has great coverage so I wanted to see how this one measured up to it. This foundation in my opinion is a great dupe of the Benefit one. Available in 14 shades as part of the No7 match made service it has a great coverage for such a light and 'thin' fountain.
This is a bit of an odd one to include in a favourites video considering I have only worn it for about a week in the month. Well I did my nails in the first picture with the Rimmel Gold Top Coat Glitter a couple of weeks ago and it rekindled my love for it. I had it in my Boots Advent Calendar at christmas but it was a mini one so when I went to Nottingham last week I picked up a full sized one. The nails on the right are the ones I did last night and I used the Nails inc as a base coat for my Cath Kidston inspired nails so technically I suppose you could say I used it twice in February. This is such a nice neutral shade.

Naked Palette 3
V05 Volume Moose
I picked this product up after seeing it in one of Fleur de forces videos. I had been looking for something to add a bit of volume to my hair since getting my bob cut back in and this product is perfect. It adds just the right about of volume without making my hair feel stiff or overwhelmed with product.
No 7 Stay Light Foundation in Cool Beige

Soap and Glory Supercat Eyeliner
I had seen this mentioned on quite a few blogs over the past few months and was interested to try it. I used to wear a thin black liner on my top lash line ages ago but when the liner I was using started to go blobby, I mixed my routine up and stopped doing it. However when I saw the thin-ness of the brush on this I was instantly drawn in and it fell into my basket in Boots and since then my lovely thin line is back. I am seriously in love with this product.
Nails Inc Porchester Square
Maybelline Rocket Mascara
I wasn't sure about how much I would like this after I used the Falsies one and hated it but this one I absolutely LOVE this one. It gives my lashes a lovely amount of length and separates each of them individually. Just what you want from a mascara!
And that is another month done. I am sure it won't feel like another 5 minutes until Im sat here again doing it for March. I have been trying a lot of products over the past week which I will continue to use over the next few weeks and I can already tell there are going to be some which feature in my March favourites!
